About Crop Ayushman Card
Crop Ayushman Card is a small, focused tool that does one thing well: turn the Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) card PDF you download from the official portal into a correctly sized image you can print, without installing software or emailing your documents to anyone.
Why this exists
The card PDF issued by the beneficiary portal is a full A4 page, but a printed card needs to match the standard 8.6 × 5.4 cm ID-card size. Getting that crop right by hand in a generic photo editor is fiddly, especially on a phone, so this tool automates just that one step.
Not affiliated with the government
Crop Ayushman Card is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Health Authority, Ayushman Bharat, PM-JAY, or the Government of India. For applying, checking eligibility, or downloading your official e-card, always use the official beneficiary portal or the Umang app.
How it's built
The site is a static, lightweight Astro build with no server-side processing for your files. All cropping and resizing runs client-side in your browser. See the privacy policy for the technical details.
Keeping this page accurate
The card size, photo specification, and portal steps described on this site are checked against public information from the beneficiary portal, but government processes do change. If something here ever looks out of date, treat the official beneficiary portal as the final source of truth, and feel free to report it using the contact below.
